SL3 6EZ Electra Appliances ("Electra”) uses the data you provide when registering your appliance for the purpose of administering your registration and your manufacturer warranty and for the purposes set out in Electra's privacy notice. Electra is the controller in respect of any data collected from you for these purposes.
It is necessary for Electra to use your data to perform its contractual obligations to you in relation to your manufacturer warranty. Purchase of extended warranties
Extended warranties are sold and administered by Pacifica Warranty which is a trading name of UK Warranty Limited. If you purchase an extended warranty for your appliance, Pacifica Warranty will use your data for the purpose of administering your extended warranty, including to arrange any repairs that may be required under the extended warranty, and for the purposes set out in Pacifica Warranty privacy notice. Pacifica Warranty is the controller in respect of any data collected from you for these purposes.
It is necessary for Pacifica Warranty to use your data to perform its contractual obligations to you in relation to your extended warranty. It is also in Pacifica Warranty's legitimate interest to use your data to enable it to administer its extended warranties effectively and for the purpose of training, quality control, research and statistical analysis.
